We offer alternative fee arrangements based on value pricing models. Our fee arrangements help facilitate our alignment with our clients’ needs and market demands. We do not watch the clock and are not restricted by hourly rates. We offer a variety of value-based pricing models, including:

What is important to us is that our fees reflect the value that our clients receive. We consider that the result awarded to the client should be commensurate with the fees it pays. We want you to be happy with the price you are paying. Our alternative fee arrangements will be closely aligned with the relevant project or advice so as to incentivise us to help achieve your desired results.
It is important to us that you have no surprises or uncertainty with our fees. We want you be in control over your legal spend and have budgetary certainty. We also want you to feel comfortable contacting us whenever you want without the clock ticking. You will not be charged every time you call us. We sell intellectual capital rather than time. This allows us to be more approachable and better placed to understand your business.
We are not shy about our dislike of the billable hour method because it fails to incentivize creativity, efficiency or collaboration – three values we live by. But, we recognize that not all cases lend themselves to an alternative fee arrangement. That is why we provide a range of fee options, including straight billable hour arrangements if that is what works best for you.
We do not offer flexible fee arrangements as a discounting exercise, but rather a value proposition. Our mission is for both our lawyer-client relationship and associated fee model to be a win-win scenario.
